Ohio Zebrafish Undergraduate Research Conference

Early registration cost is $15 for undergraduate and graduate students and $30 for faculty and post-doctoral researchers if your register by February 17th at this site.

Abstract submissions are due by February 8th, 2023

Speakers and Workshops

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Cody Smith from Notre Dame University’s Center for Stem Cells and Regenerative Medicine will talk on Pioneering events that construct the nervous system

Student Workshop

Dr. Sharon Amacher from Ohio State University will run an excellent session on the graduate school admission process. Several graduate programs will also have representatives at the meeting.

Faculty/Postdoc/Student Workshop

Mr. Bill Kilgore from Aquaneering will facilitate a workshop and roundtable discussion on zebrafish facilities and husbandry. This workshop will be geared toward faculty and postdocs who lead (or will lead) zebrafish laboratories and/or planning construction or renovation of a zebrafish facility.
